Order Confirmation Emails
Once you have placed your order on ElizabethRomhildDesign.com, we will send you an email, provided you submitted an accurate e-mail address when placing the order.
Order Received Email: sent immediately upon order, Payment Confirmation will also be sent when your card is charged (usually within a few hours). Finally Shipment Confirmation which Includes DHL tracking, and sent when your order has been shipped (usually within 24hrs on business/working days).
All orders will be processed within the same day of receiving the order within normal office hours Mon-Fri 9am until 5pm GMT -05:00 Eastern Time (USA/New York) should you place an order outside of these times, your order will be processed the very next day.
We regret that at this time, we are unable to offer rush shipping - but this is a feature that will be added shortly. We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
Orders: Orders will be delivered within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Holiday Shipping Cutoff (eg. Christmas deadline - 20 Dec 5pm GMT-05:00 Eastern Time (USA/New York).
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
ElizabethRomhildDesign.com has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.
Returns and Exchanges
If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:
Products purchased from any Elizabeth Romhild Design online store can be returned up to 30 days after proof of delivery, by the customer with proof of purchase;
All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;
Items must be in original sale condition (unused with original tags/labels attached);
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and
In the case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.
Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. If you paid using a card, we will refund back to your card.
If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until ElizabethRomhildDesign.com has taken physical possession of the goods.
Pack the products you would like to return, attach your returns label & post!
Once received, we'll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.
